I had an emergency with my furnace and Caputo was the first to respond to my call for help online. Time was flexible, they were so accommodating. For reasons out of my control someone else had to come and fix the issue but I was very impressed with this individual from Caputo Contracting Group, who also seed to have a genuine care with what I was going through. Was having issues at home with my heater, called Dan from Caputo, he tried to diagnose it over the phone, but no luck. He came out and had discovered the issue quickly, and repaired it on site. Heater was up and running same day. Great customer service, these guys are knowledgeable, and will definitely recommend to anyone needing a great, and reliable HVAC company.
